Find the size that feels right
Night and XGrip packs include your chosen size plus two free samples of the opposite size. Nose size alone is not a reliable way to choose.

Try your chosen size and the opposite-size sample on separate uses, following the pack's application instructions.

Look for a fit that sits flat and feels comfortable, with the ends on your nose rather than curling onto your cheeks.

Tell us whether Small or Regular felt better so we can use that preference for your next order.

If the sample size fits better than the pack you bought, contact us for a free size swap.
