Your first strip
Start with the product you bought. A few simple application steps will help you work out how the fit feels.
Wash and fully dry the skin first. Leave the application area free of moisturiser, sunscreen, oil and sweat.
Position the strip using the application picture on your pack. Both ends should sit flat against your nose.
Press firmly for 10 seconds, including both ends.
Night and XGrip packs include two samples of the opposite size. Try the other size on a separate use and see which sits flat and feels comfortable. Active and Pro are one size.
Remove slowly. Do not apply to irritated or broken skin. If you have discomfort or irritation, stop using it and get appropriate advice rather than trying a stronger strip.
